<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new health alcohol beverage using enzyme which is secreted with Aspergillus oryzae to be used for shochu production, unlike a conventional health alcohol beverage which is extracted from medical natural medication, and besides, having enhancement effect of immunity resistance with synergistic effect of Aspergillus oryzae and yeast, containing digestive enzyme free from deactivation in the stomach, and endurable with long period preservation. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage or medicine which contains enzyme produced by a lactic acid producing Aspergillus oryzae of Aspergillus is obtained by fermenting a saccharified solution with yeast which is obtained by saccharifying a raw material with the lactic acid producing Aspergillus oryzae. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
