<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity information providing system, a commodity information providing server, and a commodity information providing program determining the time to respond to a claim as accurately as possible, so as to prevent a customer from being irritated at waiting. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity information providing server includes a commodity claim response time calculating part for calculating the expected time required to provide commodity claim response information based on the time required to produce a commodity chart showing a list of commodity information; and a commodity claim response time sending part for sending, in response to a commodity information acquisition request from a retailer terminal presenting a commodity information search code attached to a commodity, commodity claim response time to the retailer terminal by means of the commodity information search code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
