PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microphone connector and microphone in which eccentricity and inclination of a pin insert and a connector case with respect to each other can be suppressed to an extremely minimum while they are coupled by a screw, the connector can be smoothly attached and detached and backlash is eliminated in a state where the connector is coupled. SOLUTION: The pin insert 5 is fixed within the connector case 1 by the screw 10, an outer diameter of the pin insert is small relative to an inner diameter of the connector case 1, and there is a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the connector case 1 and an outer circumferential surface of the pin insert 5. The pin insert 5 is equipped with: pins 7, 8, 9 forming electric contacts; a base 2 constituted of an insulator and holding the pins; and the screw 10 pressing the base 2 onto the inner circumferential surface of the connector case 1. On an outer circumferential surface of the base 2 at a side where the base 2 is pressed onto the inner circumferential surface of the connector case 1 by the screw 10, a guide projection 25 is formed projecting outwardly in a radial direction which is abutted on the inner circumferential surface of the connector case 1.
