PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in radiation exposure during imaging taking a relatively long imaging time for both purposes of blood vessel form observation and cardiac muscle perfusion, for example. SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnosis apparatus is provided with an X-ray source 2 to generate pulse X-rays, an X-ray detector 5 to detect the X-ray beam which has penetrated a sample, an image operation memory part 10 to generate an image based on the output of the X-ray detector, and a system control part 8 to control the X-ray beam for repeatedly generating the pulse X-rays, and varying the generation cycle of pulse X-rays within an imaging period.
