PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism which enables a shutter curtain to be locked in an arbitrary position, and which prevents the fall of the shutter curtain even if an operating member for a manual operation is cut. SOLUTION: This lock mechanism of a manually-operated shutter comprises a pulley 15 which is provided at the end of a winding shaft 12, and the operating member 16 for rotating the winding shaft 12 via the pulley 15. The lock mechanism is provided with a plurality of portions 15b to be locked, which are continuously formed in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the pulley 15, and a rotary locking body 19 which can be engaged with/disengaged from the portion 15b. The rotary locking body 19 is urged to be rotated in the direction of being locked to the portion 15b. The rotary locking body 19 is put into the state of being locked to the portion 15b, so as to regulate the rotation of the pulley 15.
