摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage spectral device solving the problems that it is difficult to increase the number of installation stages of interference filters over a long optical path in which a luminous flux from luminescence of a sample is likely to diverge because conventional reflective mirrors are parallel plates in a spectral device for multi-wavelength simultaneous measurement in which interference filters having a plurality of different transmission wavelength bands are arranged. SOLUTION: In place of the reflective mirrors of the interference filters of the parallel flat plates, reflective mirrors having a convergence function such as spherical mirrors are used so as to construct an optical system in which the divergence in a process where the luminescence from the sample propagates through the optical path is suppressed. Namely, the divergence and the convergence are periodically repeated for each stage number of the interference filter, and the spectral device for multi-wavelength simultaneous measurement is provided, in which the entire luminous flux propagates to the final stage over the long optical path without attenuation.
