PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for actualizing comfortable heating while reducing cold air to be produced from a window in a room during heating. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner 1c comprises a radiation part 5c and a blowing part 2. The radiation part 5c is provided near the window WD in the room R extending to the approximately vertical direction, and has an internal space PS in which first warm air flows for heating the room R with the radiation. The blowing part 2 feeds the first air to the internal space PS of the radiation part 5c. The radiation part 5c, at least part of which is formed of a fiber material having a predetermined radiation factor, has a plurality of protruded portions 59 on the surface, formed of the fiber material and arranged side by side at predetermined intervals extending to the approximately vertical direction.
