PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform motion for returning a refrigerating machine oil accumulated in an evaporator to a compressor, in a refrigerating device provided with the compressor, a condenser, the evaporator and an expansion valve for adjusting a flow rate of a refrigerant of the evaporator, and performing a vapor compression refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: When prescribed starting conditions are satisfied during an operation, the oil returning motion for temporarily forcibly increasing the flow of the refrigerant of the evaporator 33 is performed several times to return the refrigerating machine oil accumulated in the evaporator 33 to the compressors 16, 17.
