PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a globe valve having compact and simple construction superior in durability for reliably holding a sheet while highly accurately controlling fluid by preventing deformation of the sheet. SOLUTION: The globe valve comprises a valve box 11 having a valve seat 12, a sheet holder 15 mounted with the sheet 24 which contacts/leaves the valve seat 12, and a valve rod 22 provided with the sheet holder 15 reciprocative in the direction of the valve seat 12. An annular caulked portion 19 is formed on the sheet holder 15, and the caulked portion 19 is caulked at its inner diameter side via a sheet ring 26. Thus, a caulking load is applied to the direction of pressing the sheet ring 26 to hold the sheet 24 on the sheet holder 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
