PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the detent of the punch body of a punching die in which the assembled length of the punch is made adjustable without adopting a key way, the working of which is complex and which brings about the deterioration of productivity and the increase of the cost. SOLUTION: By rotatably providing a spacer 6 having a through pin hole 6b in the axial direction between a punch guide 1 and a retainer 2 and holding a knock pin 7 which is inserted so as to be freely inserted into and pulled out of the through pin hole 6b and a pin hole 2b provided on the retainer 2 corresponding to this pin hole with the punch guide 1, the retainer 2 is fit so as not to rotate relatively to the non-circular shaft part 3b of the punch body 1 on the outer periphery of which the chamfer of a plane is performed.
