PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy system capable of mitigating uneasiness of patients and providing them with the sense of security. SOLUTION: This particle beam therapy system comprises an accelerator 1 for accelerating charged particle beams to a set energy, a beam transfer system 3 for transferring the beams emitted from the accelerator to an irradiation chamber 2a or 2b, an irradiation device 6a installed in the irradiation chamber 2a and irradiating the beam to an affected site of a patient 4a, and an irradiation device 6b installed in the irradiation chamber 2b and irradiating the beam to an affected site of a patient 4b. This particle beam therapy system further comprises an information provision system 15a for acquiring progress information under preparing the irradiation of the beam and irradiating the beam to the patient 4a, a display device 16a and an announcement device 17a providing the patient 4a with the progress information acquired by the information provision system 15a, an information provision system 15b for acquiring the progress information under preparing the irradiation of the beam and irradiating the beam to the patient 4b, and a display device 16b and an announcement device 17b for providing the patient 4b with the progress information acquired by the information provision system 15b.
