The invention relates to plant protection agents which contain active substances from the class of the phenyl-substituted cyclic ketoenols. The aim of the invention is to increase their effect by adding ammonium salts and/or phosphonium salts or by adding ammonium salts or phosphonium salts and penetration enhancers. The invention also relates to corresponding products, to methods for producing them and to their use in plant protection.
