The device has two carrier discs (1), where one carrier disc supports one or multiple needle-shaped pins (3), which are perpendicular to the carrying disc. A retaining support material e.g. a collagen structure is provided for retaining a structural tissue cells. One or both discs have one or multiple fixing pins (4), which are detachably engaged at opposite disc in form-fit recesses, where both the discs are spaced parallely.
