An onboard fuel cell system includes a fuel cell (100) containing hydrogen and oxidative gases for generating electric power. The hydrogen-off gas and oxygen-off gas from fuel cell pass through the flow passages (407,503), respectively. An independent claim is included for hydrogen-off gas discharging method.
