An employee welfare service system for providing credit welfare points is provided to operate a welfare system flexibly by providing the credit welfare points to an employee when an estimated welfare cost of an enterprise is short or the employee requires the additional estimated welfare cost. A credit welfare point database(350) stores a credit welfare pint value assigned in credit and an available credit welfare point value. A credit welfare point setting part(230) includes a card point setting part generating credit welfare points within a credit limit of an employee by using a welfare card company and a salary point setting part generating the credit welfare points by taking a part of a salary of the employee as security, and stores the generated credit welfare points to the credit welfare point database. A welfare transaction extractor(240) extracts welfare transaction information among transaction information received from the welfare card company. A welfare point use processor(250) offsets an amount of a welfare transaction item selected among the welfare transaction information from the welfare points of the employee, and offsets the amount from the credit welfare points of the employee when the welfare points of the employee are insufficient.
