A pneumatic tire is provided to improve handle performance, protect a tire sidewall and maintain load support force by mounting a pneumatic tire at a vehicle. A pneumatic tire comprises a tire body including a tread(1) being in direct contact with a road, a sidewall(2) forming a side and a rim protector(5) attached to the sidewall. A wheel(7) is coupled with a bead section(4) of the tire body to connect a vehicle body with the tire body, and includes a wheel flange(7a). A side ring(6) is detachably coupled with the wheel flange. The side ring includes a coupling section, a support section and a curved section. The coupling section is coupled with an outer end of the wheel flange. The support section is connected with the coupling section and has a curvature. The curved section connected with the support section. A rim flange rubber section(8) is formed between the sidewall and the bead section.
