A non-power air compressing apparatus for a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure of the non-power air compressing apparatus by coupling a compression pump with a storage tank. A non-power air compressing apparatus for a vehicle comprises an air compressor(10), which is operated by air introduced when the vehicle is driven, a storage tank(30) integrally formed with the air compressor to store air compressed by the air compressor, and a controller(40) for controlling the operation of the air compressor. The air compressor includes a turbine(12) generating rotational force, a flywheel(14) converting the rotational force into inertial force, a magnetic clutch(16) enabling idle rotation of the flywheel, and a compression pump(18) for generating compressed air.
