An emergency call control system of a radiotelegraph and a method thereof are provided to deliver an emergency call message to another desired radiotelegraph through a relay function of another radiotelegraph located within a propagation reaching area, even though the other party's radiotelegraph is out of the propagation reaching area between radiotelegraphs. If an emergency has to be notified to the third radiotelegraph(A3) when a user of the first radiotelegraph(A1) is in emergency, the first radiotelegraph writes an emergency call message, and sends the message to the second radiotelegraph(A2) located within a propagation reaching area(2) together with self location information by location coordinates received from a GPS(Global Positioning System) satellite(4). The second radiotelegraph delivers the message including the location information to the third radiotelegraph.
