A bicycle grip assembly is provided to easily, rapidly, and firmly fix position-changed grip with a simpler structure by being rotatably installed on a handle frame side. A bicycle grip assembly includes an internal wheel(11), an external wheel(12), a grip(20), and a fixing lever(30). The internal wheel is fixed on a steering frame and includes a circumference plane(13a) and first and second side walls(13b,13c). Guide grooves are formed on the circumference plane in a circular shape. The first and second side walls are formed on both sides of the circumference plane. The external wheel is rotatably installed on the internal wheel. The grip is elongated from the external wheel. The fixing lever is rotatably installed on one of the grip or the external wheel by the medium of a shaft and is selectively contacted to the internal wheel.
