摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductive membrane which realizes a high impact resistance and a high polar solvent resistance while maintaining a high proton conductivity, a membrane electrode assembly, and a solid polymer fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The proton conductive membrane contains particles 1 composed of a silicon-oxygen cross-linked structure. Furthermore, the terminal of non-reacted hydroxide group of the particles 1 is treated by a sililation reagent.
