<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various information services to a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a system wherein a terminal device and a server are connected through the Internet, when the server is accessed from the terminal device, the server determines whether the terminal device is an access member or not in step S162, and when the result is negative, access is rejected in step S163. When affirmative, it is determined whether the terminal device is a member A or a member B in step S164. When a member A or a member B is determined, transfer of a designated screen for the member A or the member B is requested to the server in step S165 or S166.
