<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an item editing device capable of laying out a plurality of reduced image items, where a raw image is reduced into optimum shape, in matching with the shape of a print region, on a layout region having the doughnut-shaped print region formed by a circle or two concentric circles that have a different radii, and to provide a method of editing the items and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A label editor section 27 comprises a layout candidate region setting section 41; a layout candidate region calculation section 42; a reduced image information generation section 43; an item layout section 44; an image information storage section 45; and an item information storage section 46, thus laying out the plurality of reduced image items, where the raw image is reduced into an optimum shape, according to the shape of the print region on the layout region, having the doughnut-shaped print region formed by the circle or the two concentric circles that have differing radii. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
