<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure security as before after improving convenience of a user without resetting browsing processing of a Web page by normal session time-out processing. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to a system time-out time of the whole Web system, a secondary time-out time that is shorter than the system time-out time is set in each the Web page.
