PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core in which the amount of varnish adhering to a steel plate can be reduced while keeping mutual adhesion of adjoining steel plates by confining the concentration of main ingredient of varnish within a specific range. SOLUTION: The stator core has a plurality of laminated steel plates 15, and varnish 16 for bonding the adjoining steel plates 15 each other.
