PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of preventing moisture invaded through a protection cover from the front side of the speaker from invading into the rear side of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 30 made of waterproof material is formed in a concave shape. An edge 220 of a protection cover 22 having a plurality of apertures 24 arranged in front of the diaphragm 30 is placed in a corner of the concave portion of the diaphragm 30. Then, the diaphragm 30 and the protection cover 22 are attached at a frame 20 of a speaker 2. According to the arrangement, moisture invaded from the front of speaker 2 is collected in the concave section of the diaphragm 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
