PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit connecting device which can dispense with a connector locking work in a place where a unit case is installed and can secure a connection reliability between connectors in a simple and economical structure. SOLUTION: The unit connecting device includes an electronic unit 10 having a unit-side connector 20, installation-side connectors 13, 14 which can lock with the unit-side connector 20 and a unit case 16 to hold the installation-side connectors 13, 14, and when the electronic unit 10 is inserted into the unit case 16, the unit-side connector 20 is locked with the installation-side connectors 13, 14. The unit case 16 includes a unit guiding groove 40 which guides a unit-side guided portion 36 in an insertion direction and in a complex direction where the inserting direction and a predetermined right-angle crossing direction are completed and connector guiding grooves 43, 44 to guide the connector-side guided portions 37, 38. The connector guiding grooves 43, 44 make the connectors 20, 13, 14 advance to be locked while allowing them to move in the predetermined right-angle crossing direction till the locking is completed.
