The invention relates to a magnetic device comprising at least two layers made of a magnetic material and separated by at least one intermediate layer made of non-magnetic material. Said layers of magnetic material each have a magnetisation that is essentially perpendicular to the plane of said layers. The layer of non-magnetic material is capable of inducing an anti-ferromagnetic field between the layers of magnetic material, having an orientation and an amplitude that reduce the effects of the magnetostatic-origin ferromagnetic coupling field between said magnetic layers.
