A duct for use in ship, a manufacturing method thereof, and a ship equipped therewith are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and manufacturing time by easily manufacturing a stem of the ship. A duct for use in ship includes a duct external plate(10), an stern-side internal plate(20), and a stem-side internal plate(30). The duct external plate is a part of a cone in shape and has a diameter getting smaller going to a stern and a length getting shorter going to lower part. The stern-side internal plate is contained inside the duct external plate and is cylindrical in shape getting smaller going to lower part. The stem-side internal plate is contained inside the duct external plate.
