A laminated structure is provided with a plurality of opposing sections where a pair of internal electrodes adjacent to each other in a laminating direction oppose the laminating direction, and a non-opposing section other than the opposing sections. In at least one of the opposing sections, the internal electrodes adjacent to each other in the laminating direction oppose each other through a low rigidity layer and a piezoelectric layer. The opposing sections have a first portion in contact with at least a part of the boundary between the opposing section and the non-opposing section, and a second portion other than the first portion. In the laminated piezoelectric element, such laminated structure suppresses deterioration of a displacement amount.
