A multi-step tool for a cylinder boring is provided to employ a plurality of inclination surfaces corresponding to the diameter of a cylinder to shape a plurality of cylinders by using one boring tool. A spindle(200) is provided to rotate while moving inside a cylinder(240). A cutting tip is installed to cut the inner side surface of the cylinder. The cylinder includes a draft cutting tip(230) and a final cutting tip(231). The draft cutting tip primarily shapes the cylinder. The final cutting tip shapes the surface of the cylinder with precision. A link is installed in the draft cutting tip and the final cutting tip. The link is installed by using a coil spring. A lifting bar(210) is inserted into the inside of the spindle. An inclination surface(220) is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the lifting bar. An air spray nozzle(260) is provided to remove impurities when the cylinder is shaped.
