A car state information management device and a method thereof are provided to transmit car state information to a predetermined car state reading device based on ZigBee wireless communication, thereby managing a car state. A state sensor module(110) collects state information on more than one internal device included in a car. A data storage module(130) stores the state information. A wireless communication module(120) transmits the state information to a car state reading device. The car state reading device is one of a mobile communication terminal of a car owner, a terminal device within a gas station, and a terminal device of an auto repair shop. A controller(140) stores state information, which is collected from the state sensor module, at the data storage module, and controls each unit when the state information is transmitted through the wireless communication module.
