MICRO MIXER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A micro mixer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to activate mixing of fluids flowing in a channel by forming a complex channel structure by forming a channel in a region where a light-transmissive film and a photosensitive resin pattern do not exist. A micro mixer is composed of: a substrate(100); a photosensitive resin pattern(550) formed on a portion of the upper part of the substrate; and a light-transmissive film(300) having a channel for flowing fluid, by covering a portion of the upper part of the substrate and a portion of the photosensitive resin pattern. The channel comprises an inlet channel through which fluid flow in; a mixing unit channel for mixing fluid supplied from the inlet channel; and a discharge unit channel for discharging the fluid mixed in the mixing unit channel.
