A sediment solidification preventing scraper formed on a bottom part of a sludge settling tank is provided to discharge the sludge sediment to the outside through a separate pipe and prevent clogging of an inlet of a sludge pump by scraping sludge sediment accumulated on an inner part of a body while simultaneously rotating fixing bars and blades together with a screw. A sediment solidification preventing scraper formed on a bottom part of a sludge settling tank comprises: a flange type body(10) which is formed on a bottom part of a settling tank(24), and in which a screw(13) and a shaft(12) are formed; fixing bars(15) which are formed on the shaft, and of which one sides are joined with the blades in such a structure that is capable of disassembling and assembling blades(16) for scraping sludge closely adhered and solidified onto an inner surface of the body; a drive pulley(20) for transmitting rotary power of a drive motor(19); and a linking pulley(17) connected to the drive pulley by a belt(18), wherein the screw is integrally rotated with the shaft connected to the linking pulley to transfer the sediment upward and discharge the sediment to the outside through a pipe(21) so as to prevent the solidification of a sediment accumulated on a bottom part within the body.
