A catalyst sludge spraying apparatus is provided to spray and apply a fixed quantity of catalyst sludge on a plate easily by jetting the catalyst sludge mixed in a stirring unit and discharged through ejection holes of a stirring container, after atomizing the catalyst sludge by a spraying unit. In a catalyst sludge spraying apparatus, a compressed air discharge unit(7) is composed of: a body container(10) having a discharge hole(10a) formed at the end to exhaust the compressed air; a piston(11) inserted into the body container; and a piston transfer member(13) compressing the air of the body container by transferring the piston in a direction of the discharge hole according to a control signal and discharging the compressed air at a constant speed. A stirring unit(30) comprises a stirring container(31) ejecting a fixed quantity of catalyst sludge contained inside, through the ejection hole formed at the lower end by the compressed air flowing along the nozzle connected to the discharge hole of the compressed air discharge unit, and having a plug(31b) connected to the nozzle and inserted into the upper part, and a stirring member stirring the catalyst sludge filled into the stirring container. A spraying unit(50) atomizes a fixed quantity of catalyst sludge mixed in the stirring unit and discharged through the ejection hole of the stirring container and then, sprays the atomized catalyst sludge on a plate to be painted.
