<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create highly compressible electronic data without deteriorating quality levels of characters or losing character attributes of characters. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 1 of an information processor registers, when an attribute of an object is a font a discrimination ID thereof in a font identification table. The CPU determines, when the object has image or graphic attribute, whether it overlaps with an object having identification information registered in the font identification table or not. When the overlapping exists, the discrimination ID of the image or graphic object is registered in the font identification table. An image or graphic object whose discrimination ID is not stored in the font identification table is developed with high compression setting to form a first layer.
