<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve processing time of data transfer and memory use efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the data input and output device having a DMA, a data buffer forming service most suitable for DMA transfer is prepared, and the data buffer forming service is used in each hierarchized system constituting a program to form a data buffer.
