PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vestibule door and a ventilation panel installed on the vestibule door, for providing refreshment by passing wind in an intermediate period of summer, spring and autumn even if the vestibule door is locked, preventing intrusion of an insect even if the wind is passed, shielding a line of sight, functioning as a specific fireproof facility in a fire, and securing crime preventive performance, though natural ventilation is not conventionally performed in the vestibule door of a multiple dwelling house for the crime prevention and the fire prevention. SOLUTION: This vestibule door is provided by forming an outside small door 3 as an automatic closing fire door by interlocking with a smoke sensor or a heat-smoke composite type sensor or interlocking with a temperature fuse on the outdoor side of the ventilation panel 2, by arranging the ventilation panel 2 for ventilation on a door body 1, and is provided for adjusting a ventilation quantity of the ventilation panel 2 and locking a ventilation panel part, by opening and closing the door body 1 in a locked state, by arranging an inside small door 5 on the indoor side of the ventilation panel 2, by cutting off the mutual ventilation panels 2, by closing the outside small door 3 in a fire.
