CONSTRUCT USING PICTURE PROCESSING TECHNIQUE, AND CRACK WIDTH MEASURING METHOD OF PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a picture data processing speed and to enhance a resolution of an inspection system, and cutting down construction cost of crack inspection system. SOLUTION: After carrying out a monochrome picture processing of an original picture of a construct obtained through a camera or a product, several sorts of filtering operations are performed to measure the crack width by a crack analysis in order to extract only a crack. The crack analysis contains the process of measuring the crack width with a concentration value histogram of a pixel distributed in the cracks, using the concentration value in the crack part.
