PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper stacking device, and an image forming system having the paper stacking device capable of neatly stacking papers with different widths depending on a paper size and a type of folding process. SOLUTION: The paper stacking device includes a conveying means for holding and conveying a folded paper, and a stacking part for mounting the paper which is released from hold and falls.
