PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a para-aramid fiber treated with a surface-treating agent not inhibiting adhesiveness with resins, and a fiber-reinforced resin gear excellent in mechanical strength and using the fiber. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin gear includes a para-wholly aromatic polyamide fiber as a fiber-reinforcing material, to which non-fusing fine powder having an average particle diameter of≤20μm is attached in an amount of 0.4-15 mg/m<SP>2</SP>on the surface of the fiber.
