PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket structure of a fishing jacket, which enables a user to rapidly take out desired small articles, and prevents held small articles from accidentally moving in a pocket. SOLUTION: This pocket structure of the fishing jacket is formed such that a pair of pockets 8 and 9 are provided side by side on a jacket body, making no space in the horizontal direction, and the openings 25 and 26 of each the pockets 8 and 9 are made from sideways first opening parts 25A and 26A, and longitudinal second opening parts 25B and 26B extending downward from the inside ends of the first opening parts 25A and 26A. A gore part 27 is formed by fixing a pair of tapes composing a slide fastener 22 provided on the openings 25 and 26 each of the pockets 8 and 9, to the edges of pocket cloths 23 and 24 composing the openings each of the pockets 8 and 9, and a front cloth 17 which corresponds thereto and composes the front body of the jacket body.
