PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continually retain a recessed/projecting shape not only in a dry state but also in absorbing body fluid by minimizing a contact area with a skin, effectively preventing skin troubles such as being chafed, getting a rash, and itching, improving a texture, eliminating sticky feeling when absorbing the body liquid, and improving shape-retaining property of the recessed/projecting embosses. SOLUTION: A surface sheet 3 is formed with multiple partition areas K partitioned into a net shape with emboss lines or embossing effect lines by applying the embosses in a regular pattern; each partition area K is formed with a protrusion part 7 projecting outward, and each partition area has a recessed part 8 recessed inward at its approximately central part. The surface sheet 3 is formed into a two-layer sheet consisting of a nonwoven fabric layer 3A comprising a skin abutment face layer constituting the skin abutment face layer, and a plastic film layer 3B laminated on a skin non-abutment side of the nonwoven fabric layer, and the embossing finish is made with a hydrophilic second nonwoven fabric sheet 6 stuck on the back face side of the surface sheet 3.
