<p>The verifier is equipped with a bedplate (1) bearing a dividing plate (3) which rotates on a central shaft (3) and supports a number of clamps (4) arranged in a circumferential alignment and distributed equiangularly, said clamps designed to receive the parts to be verified. On the actual bedplate a series of fixed work stations surround said dividing plate (2); specifically a diameter verification station (7), a thread verification station (8), optionally a second station (9) also for thread verification and a parts manipulator (10). The parts, suitably set in the clamps (4), move intermittently from station to station, wherein through a totally automatic process verification of diameter, verification of thread and separation of valid parts from defective or non-valid parts take place.</p> |
