A head assembly for a Bluetooth utility is provided to solve an increase in waiting time, call crosstalk, and call fee charge, and to prevent foreign materials from being introduced into a power connector. A head assembly(H) for a Bluetooth utility includes an earphone body part(20) and a main body part(30). The earphone body part and the main body part are separated to be relatively rotated around a hinge shaft(10). A housing body is configured by providing a carrying cap(50) selectively joined to the earphone body part and the main body part. A member generating a switching signal which capable of being electrically opened and closed is further provided in the housing body.
