A wireless image transmission device for preventing kidnapping is provided to transmit visual information on a device wearer every set time to a guardian registered in a service in real time by using a Bluetooth function of a portable phone, thereby preventing kidnapping. Image information is received through a Bluetooth external apparatus embedded with a high-performance microminiature camera. The image information received through the camera is stored as a compressed image in a memory of a portable phone terminal. The stored image is retransmitted to a portable phone terminal of a guardian registered in a service network.
