A door for a vehicle is provided to prevent impact noise from being generated by minimizing bending of a glass plate. A door for a vehicle comprises a window(5), a recess section(3), glass plates(10), guide rails(7,8) and a driving device(20) for vertically driving a glass plate. The glass plate moves up and down in a door(1). The guide rail guides the glass plate. The driving device is provided in the recess section of the door. The driving device includes a base panel provided with a plurality of pulleys(26-29), a drum(25) provided on the base panel, a carrier plate(38) and wires(33-35). The carrier plate supports the glass plate to allow the pulleys to move upward and downward. The wires are installed at the pulleys disposed at the base panel while being partially wound around the drum. As the drum rotates, the wires installed at the pulleys are shifted to move the carrier plate upward and downward. |
