PRINTING SYSTEM, PRINTER, TERMINAL EQUIPMENT, PRINT SETTING METHOD, AND PRINT SETTING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system in which a user can easily set his or her desired printer as a default printing device without acquiring any information relating to the printer not only when one printer is connected but also when a plurality of printer are connected on a network.

SOLUTION: Terminal information which is being used by a user is acquired by an information acquisition means 101 based on the access information of the user who has performed access to the printer, and the printer information of the printer is transmitted to the user terminal equipment included in the acquired information by a transmission means 19. Then, the terminal equipment which has received the printer information by a receiving means 28 sets the printer as a default printer by a setting means 21 based on the printer information.
