<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sales representative other than members to exchange of messages with a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A message to a medical expert from a non-member MR terminal device 6 is received in a second format through a non-member MR-side message I/F 12, and converted from the second format to a first format by a message conversion part 20, and the converted message to the medical expert from the non-member MR is transmitted to a medical expert terminal device 4 in the first format through a medical expert-side message I/F 13. In the medical expert-side message I/F 13, formation of a message to the non-member MR in the terminal device 4 is supported to receive the resulting message in the first format, the message to the non-member MR from the medical expert is converted from the first format to the second format, and the message to the non-member MR converted to the second format is transmitted to the non-member MR terminal 6 through a non-member MR-side message I/F 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
