<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a stable brake effect even in fading by enlarging the outside diameter dimension of a disc so as to increase heat capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting member 2 comprises a one-side frame plate 3 and the other-side frame plate 5 which extend in parallel to each other along both sides of the disc 1, and right and left longitudinal frame plates 6, 6 formed to connect the one-side frame plates 3 and the other-side frame plate 5 at the longitudinal both sides and to straddle the circumference of the disc 1. A cylindrical projection 4 projecting axially of the disc 1 and a bottomed pin fitting hole 4A formed in the cylindrical projection 4, are provided in the one-side frame plate 3 of the mounting member 2. The pin fitting hole 4A is disposed inside of the disc 1 over the whole length.
