PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device in which when a cable side connector is coupled with a substrate side connector, mutual engagement of conductive shells equipped in each of them is carried out surely, firmly, and easily by a structure capable of evading a situation that ground connection becomes not better. SOLUTION: Press contact parts 25A, 25B are installed at a conductive shell 16 of the substrate side connector 12, and pressure receiving contact parts 32A, 32B are installed at the conductive shell 21 of the cable side connector 13. When the cable side connector 13 is relatively moved in a first direction to the substrate side connector 12 and coupled with the substrate side connector 12, the press contact parts 25A, 25B activate a pressing force of a second direction orthogonal to the first direction on the pressure receiving contact parts 32A, 32B and are abutted on them, and the pressure receiving contact parts 32A, 32B forms elasticity displacement of a third direction orthogonal to each of the first and the second direction, and becomes engaged with the conductive shell 16.
